Jumping in here with a first question!
What about the safety of vaginal toots or farts.
I have read in many places that you should never blow air into a vagina during oral for fears of air bubbles getting into the woman's bloodstream and causing strokes.    But what of taking on air during sex??   I don't usually know it's there until I bend or rearrange, I don't know how long it's been in there being pounded in.   We usually laugh but this has been a nag in the back of my mind.     I mean sometimes it's a pretty impressive toot so there can be alot of air!

Tish, I'm sure the Dr will respond, too...but blowing air into the vagina is more to avoid it in the urethra, not the blood stream. And what you are referring to is called queefing. Air during intercourse isn't bad, nor is the "vulva fart". It happens, laugh and go on (at least it doesn't smell!)! Now a fart during a 69 session...that's entirely different!

Air forcefully blown into the vagina can be very dangerous, both as a uterine issue or in the bladder. Such air emboli can get into the bloodstream or cause painful bubbles which obstruct normal function. However, air pushed into the vagina via sexual thrusting is easily escapable (such as the sounds you describe) but there is no airtight seal around a thrusting penis which might push air under enough pressure to do anything more than make an escape "fart", "Queef"or any other sound. Humerous stories have shown up from time to time describing slow air release making any kind of prolonged sound, which could be similar to a whistle. Think and laugh about the quips that might arise from a very humorous call.

While we all can envision, and hear air sounds originating in the pelvic area during sexual activity, the source of such expulsion can be several. One might think that the most common blasts are a result of air being forced into the vagina either by purposeful blowing of the air during oral sex, or from thrusting by the penis acting like a
"plunger" or hydraulic cylinder, introducing a quantity of air into the expandable vagina. The sound-off may occur during the actual thrusts, or may be expulsion of air afterward, sometimes at a distant time (minutes).
However, to get somewhat technical, during sex play, either partnered or alone, the woman can "take on air" and expel it to the tune of a new symphony just by the action of some of the pelvic musculature ( ischiocavernosus, bulbocavernosus, transverse perineal muscles, levator muscles etc.) at the base of the pelvic triangle and perneum, as well as internal uterine support muscles which at the appropiate time lift the uterus upward aiding in increasing the vaginal space.
These muscles during sexuyal excitement, and particularly at orgasm, do manipulate the opening and widening of the vaginal orifice almost in a pumping action, sucking in air internally as the clitoris and vaginal walls spasm in climax. So with no positive blowing from a partner, nor thrusting actions of penetration, just the manipulation of the woman's vulva and clitoris, bringing her to orgasm, the pelvic and uterine muscle contractions kind of mimic a gasping action, a gulp of air, which then becomes the volume (just a few cc.s of air) which produces the ability to announce its exit with audible sound. Such expulsion has really no more odor than the normal vaginal fragrance and not unpleasant in a healthy, normal female of good hygiene practice.
Of course, anal expulsion of digestive gases does happen (fart) as aresult of muscular contractions, most often involuntarily, especially when sexually stimulated.
These odors are famously picturesque in their description.

Absolutely!!  In most cases it is completely involuntary, and is a measure of the uncontolable spasms accompanying the orgasmic pleasure.
